Where should I park in Govone?
The Produttori di Govone lot is about 10 minutes' walk from the event, and the school lot (Parcheggio Scuole) is about 20 minutes. Neither has a shuttle. When the Protezione Civile directs it, you can park in the industrial area. A paid shuttle runs from there on Saturdays, Sundays, and Monday and Tuesday, December 7 and 8. Campers park at the cemetery lot, about 15 minutes' walk away.
How do the shows and activities work?
Every show and activity needs a ticket from CiaoTickets, and you can only get in at the time you chose when buying. Any tickets left over are sold on site, but there's no guarantee of availability and you can't pick the time.
How much time should I leave between activities?
Leave at least 45 minutes between the end of one activity and the start of the next, in case of delays.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs on a leash are welcome at the Casa di Babbo Natale, the Scuola degli Elfi and the market, though the lights and sounds may frighten them. In the Castello Reale and the Decora il tuo Natale workshop, only small dogs in a carrier or held in your arms are allowed.
Can I bring a stroller?
Not into the Casa di Babbo Natale. For safety reasons, staff will ask you to leave it outside the musical. Strollers are allowed in the Castello Reale, but there are stairs at the entrance.
