Tips & Advice
- Get to the Govone car parks an hour before your ticket time. Then go straight to the show entrance about 15 minutes early, without stopping at the ticket desk.
- Choose your date and time carefully when booking, because tickets are only valid for that slot and can't be changed or refunded.
- Be ready to leave your stroller outside, since staff won't let strollers into the show for safety reasons.
- If you've booked more than one Govone activity, leave at least 45 minutes between the end of one and the start of the next.
- Book one of the final time slots online by the day before to get the discounted adult ticket and see Govone in its Christmas lights.
Special Events & Promotions
- Discounted online adult tickets for the final time slots of the day, when bought by the end of the day before your visit.
- This season marks the Magical Christmas Village's 20th anniversary.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens inside Santa's House?
Santa's elves lead you through their village across several rooms, with songs, dancing and some fun along the way. At the end you meet Santa Claus and hand him your letter. The show takes about 25 minutes. Everyone stands and moves with the story, and there is no seating.
Who is it suitable for?
It's for adults and children. Children must be with at least one adult, and children up to age 2 don't need a booking.
Can I bring a stroller?
No. Strollers aren't allowed in for safety reasons, and staff will ask you to leave yours outside before you go in.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs on a leash can come in. Bear in mind that the lights and sounds may frighten them.
Where do I park in Govone?
The Scuole car park is about a 20-minute walk from the event, and the Produttori di Govone car park is about 10 minutes away. Neither has a shuttle. When Civil Protection directs it, you can also park in the industrial area. A paid shuttle runs from there on Saturdays, Sundays and December 7 and 8. You buy the return wristband in town at the info point, the show ticket office or the Bottega del Natale.
