- Parking: Seaton Station: Underfleet Car Park (EX12 2WD) is a 3-minute walk and recommended for accessible parking. Seaton Town Hall Long Stay (EX12 2WE) is also a 3-minute walk. Pay and Display parking is available on Seaton Esplanade. Colyton Station: Parking is free of charge off Cownhayne Lane, with accessible parking directly outside the station building.
- Accessibility: Due to historic, narrow doorway widths, and steep step wells, THE POLAR EXPRESS Tram Ride may not be fully accessible to persons with disabilities. Staff are available to assist.
