Welcome to the festive program guide of District XXII! In our compilation, you'll find all winter events in the district, from the Nagytétény Christmas Market to the Budafok Advent celebrations.
In the central part of the district, the main Christmas market is located at City Hall Square, offering handicrafts and local delicacies. Around the Nagytétény Castle Museum, traditional advent programs are organized, while along Budafok Road, festively lit shop windows and restaurants line the streets. The district's numerous churches prepare special concerts and programs during advent.

The Budapest Diótörő Ballet is a classic fairy tale ballet set to the music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Choreographed by Wayne Eagling and Solymosi Tamás, it features members of the Hungarian National Ballet. The performance is in two acts, showcasing the conflict between the festive celebrations and the magical journey.
