- Tickets: Full-day tickets: adults €10.50; children ages 6–16 €8.00. Shuttle bus: €3.00 for the return trip (€3.00 per person for both rides). The NÖ Card is not accepted at events.
- Hours: Friday 14:00–20:00h; Saturday 10:00–20:00h; Sunday 10:00h–20:00h. Fireworks every Friday at 18:00.
- Parking: Parking is in Aggstein on the B33, opposite Aggsteiner Hof. Direct access by car to the castle is not possible during the event. Shuttle tickets are available at the parking area; the shuttle costs €3 per person for both rides and runs continuously at short intervals until 20:30.
- Pets: Visitors are asked not to bring dogs because of the music and show program.

- Buy your entry and shuttle tickets online ahead, then show the bus order confirmation to board without queuing and get into the market faster.
- Bring enough cash, because not all exhibitors take cards and the nearest ATMs are in Melk, Gansbach and Mautern.
- Come on a Friday evening to catch the fireworks, which light up the castle every Friday during the event.
- If you hike up, bring a torch, since the walking paths from Aggstein and Maria Langegg are not lit.

Yes. Take the train to Krems an der Donau or Melk. Then take regional bus 720 to the Aggsteiner Hof stop.
