Tips & Advice
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your Santa slot to check in and collect your passport, because if you're late another slot can't be guaranteed.
- Wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear, since you'll be outdoors on a farm even though the activities are undercover or inside.
- Make a full day of it, because your ticket covers everything across the Adventure Farm from opening until closing, not just your Santa visit.
- Check the Grinch meet-and-greet timetable when you arrive, as he appears every half hour through the day with breaks in between.
- Add the Build-a-Teddy Workshop at checkout to secure your place, since booking it on the day depends on availability.
Special Events & Promotions
- The 2026 experience adds a brand-new corner for the Grinch.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the ticket?
Everything. The ticket covers the whole Adventure Farm and all the Christmas activities. That includes the North Pole Post Office, a private visit to Santa, a golden coin to spend in Santa's Toy Shop, Whoville, Mrs Claus' show, Reindeer HQ, the festive train and adventure play.
Is my booked time slot my arrival time?
No. Your slot is the time you meet Santa. Arrive at least 15 minutes before it so you can check in, collect your passport and visit the North Pole Post Office first. You're welcome to stay all day, from opening until closing.
How many people can meet Santa together?
The grotto holds up to 14 adults and children, and the visit is private to your group.
Is it all outside?
You'll be outdoors because it's on a farm, but every activity is undercover or inside. Wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear.
Does Santa make the visit personal?
Yes. Before your visit, you'll be asked for some information about your children to pass on to Santa.
