What happens if my tickets do not arrive on time?
If tickets haven't arrived, bring your booking confirmation or pre-show email and ID to the Box Office on the day of the event for re-issuance. Tickets can only be re-issued to the original purchaser.
Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?
Tickets can be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the event for a £3 fee per ticket, but only for the same show. Refunds are generally not offered, except in cases of cancellation.
