- Hours: Outside the school Christmas holidays: weekdays 12 noon–9pm; weekends 10am–9pm. From December 23: 10am–9pm every day except Christmas Day. Large group bookings, Tiny Tuesdays, and All Access Wednesdays sessions from 10am. Fairground: 4pm on weekdays and 11am at weekends outside the school holidays.

- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session to allow time for queues and for collecting your skates.
- Book penguin, snowman, polar bear or toboggan skate aids online in advance, because supply is limited and they can't be guaranteed at the rink.
- If you need size 15 skates, email the rink before your visit, since only a few pairs are held.
- Outside the school holidays the fairground opens later than the rink on weekdays, so plan rides for later in the day.
- Bring only small belongings, because there is no cloakroom and only small items can be stored with your shoes.
