Tips & Advice
- Book early to make sure you get a spot with Santa, since online booking locks in your date and time.
- Book online rather than walking up to get the Shutterfly discount, the free holiday cards and Santa's personalized video message.
- Park and enter at Bloomingdale Road, since that's the closest entrance to Santa on Retail Level 1 in the Nordstrom Wing.
- Expect to share your 15-minute window with other families, because several are booked into each time slot.
- Reschedule at least 48 hours ahead if plans change, because changes are free only up to that point.
