Tips & Advice
- Book online as early as you can, because the number of children who can visit Santa is limited and the experience sells out every year.
- Choose your date around school concerts, matches and other plans, because booked dates and times can't be changed and cancellations are not refunded.
- Reserve a table at Gracy's Pizzeria, Bar & Bistro in advance if you want wood-fired pizza and warm drinks to round off your visit.
- If anyone in your group finds sudden loud sounds or busy spaces hard, email your booking reference ahead or tell your Elf on arrival.
- Don't add carers of people with disabilities to your online booking, because they get in free and can simply turn up on the day.
