Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs can come as long as they stay in the car. No pets are allowed in the Holiday Village.
Can we get out of the car?
Stay in your vehicle on the drive-through, and take photos from inside. At the end you can park in the marked spots and walk into the Holiday Village to see Santa and get Santa photos.
Do I need to turn off my headlights?
Yes. Turn them off as you drive through the display, or dim them if they won't turn off. Switch them back on when you exit.
What counts as a standard vehicle?
Any vehicle with 3 rows of seats or fewer, including SUVs and minivans. Vehicles with more rows need a Limo/Party Bus/RV pass, which is limited to 15 passengers.
What's the difference between Weekday and Any Day tickets?
Weekday tickets are good Monday through Thursday. Any Day tickets work any day of the week. Both are valid any time after you buy, as long as you visit within the type you picked.
