In addition to street parking, the City of Waco provides a free visitor parking garage attached to the Dr. Mae Jackson Development Center, located at 401 Franklin Ave. You'll enter the garage from 4th Street (look for the black and white pillar that says PARK). The entrance is located within the parking lot itself, off 4th St. between Austin Ave. & Franklin Ave. There is free visitor parking in the parking lot facing Franklin Ave., between University Parks Dr. and 3rd St. Please do not park in the Hilton parking lot unless you are a guest there. Parking is also available in the lots adjacent to River Square Center.
Pet Policy
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome, but not recommended during the Friday evening fireworks.

Food trucks and mobile vendors will be onsite, and restaurants along Austin Avenue will be open.
