Can I leave and come back later?
Yes. Pick up a free Weekend Pass from the Customer Service team as you leave, or at the Info Booth on the main floor. To get back in, use the Online Ticket & Weekend Pass Entry line, have your pass scanned and show photo ID that matches the name on it. Passes can't be transferred to someone else.
Is the Crystal Garden wheelchair accessible?
Yes. An elevator in the entrance foyer reaches every level, including the mezzanine. There are accessible washrooms on the main floor (with an automatic door) and on the mezzanine, and a lift at the north end of the main floor goes down to the lower washrooms. The Douglas Street doors are held open during Market hours.
Do support workers need a ticket?
Support workers and care aids aged 18 and over who are working and accompanying a person with a disability don't need to buy a ticket. Pick up a complimentary ticket in person at the box office for same-day entry.
How do I enter the door prize draw?
Fill out a ballot at the Info Booth in the centre of the main floor to win a gift box of items donated by Out of Hand makers. Draws happen throughout the day and winners are phoned, so you don't need to be there to win.
Where can I lock up my bike?
There are bike racks around the Victoria Conference Centre, and you use them at your own risk. Some racks are in the underground parkade across the street, and the rest are at street level on the south and east sides of the building.
