Holiday Magic Concert
Audiences experience a festive symphonic concert featuring seasonal works such as Robert Wendell's A Chanukah Overture, Waldteufel's The Skaters' Waltz, and Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride. Soprano Katelyn Lee joins the orchestra to perform selections from Mozart's Exsultate, jubilate and O, Holy Night, while the Central Illinois Youth Chorus sings the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Christmas Canon. The family-friendly celebration also includes an orchestral setting of A Visit From St. Nicholas, a visit from Santa, and a carol sing-along.
