Tips & Advice
- Approach from the west and stay in the curb lane, because that lane is reserved for Fantasy traffic heading into the park.
- Plan to turn right onto E. Wyandot Avenue when you leave, because exiting traffic is right turn only.
- Reserve a carriage ride as soon as booking opens October 15, since there are only eight rides per night.
- Visit on or after November 30 to pick up the postcard featuring "A Celebration of America," since they're handed out only while supplies last.
- Check daily for weather updates before heading out, since conditions can affect the drive-through.
Special Events & Promotions
- Fantasy Walk Events on November 25 and 26 are open to the public. Cash donations benefit Wyandot County Food Pantries.
- Shuttle buses run from the Fairgrounds to the park on the Wednesday Fantasy Walk only.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get into the park?
All Fantasy traffic comes from the west, down the hill from the courthouse. Stay in the lane closest to the curb, and leave the center lane for through traffic.
Can we take a carriage ride through the lights?
Yes. Traditional carriage rides run December 7–10 and 14–16, with eight rides a night seating five to six people each. Reservations are required.
How do I book a carriage ride or buy a gift certificate?
Call Katie Miller at First Citizens National Bank in Upper Sandusky, from October 15. Gift certificates are also sold in the bank's main office lobby.
Where do the donations go?
Proceeds go to local charities chosen each year. In 2026 they are the Wharton-Richland Fire Department, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, The Star Theatre and Open Door.
Can I volunteer?
Yes. Many volunteers are needed to run the Fantasy of Lights, and you can sign up through the event's Sponsors page.
