- Tickets: Entry by gold coin donation or Tap & Go payment at any of the three entry points.
- Hours: 7pm to 10pm each night; Christmas Eve 7pm to 9pm.

Donations are shared evenly among the beneficiaries. The major ones are the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation, The Toowoomba Hospice and Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Queensland. You can also register as a volunteer for the event.
