- Hours: 2pm–5pm (14:00–17:00); 7pm–10pm (19:00–22:00). Visitors must be seated at least 5 minutes before the performance: 1:55pm and 6:55pm.
- Parking: There is a large, free car park on site. It opens at 11:30am, except on days when Santa’s Magical Journey is running, when it opens ahead of the first time slot. The walk to the auditorium is roughly five minutes; the closest side of the car park is 600 yards away. Speak to the car park attendant on arrival for disabled parking. Clearing the car park after the last performance takes roughly 30 minutes. Overnight motorhome or camper-van parking is not available.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair spaces must be pre-booked by phone; aisles must stay clear during the performance, so wheelchairs and walking aids are stored during the show.
- Pets: Assistance dogs are accommodated, but the venue must be notified in advance so a seat can be allocated where the dog will not be a hazard to the cast.
