- Parking: Street parking is free after 6 PM and all day on Sundays. Syracuse Stage / Phoebe's Lot is a card-only open lot. The Madison Irving Garage (enclosed) is card-only and open 24/7. Parking can be reserved and pre-paid for the Madison Irving Garage. Handicap parking is available in Phoebe's lot and on the basement and first levels of the Madison Avenue entrance of the parking garage.
- Accessibility: Accessible seating is available in the Archbold Theatre (Row M, Seats 1-9 and 2-10) and Storch Theatre (Row A). Removable armchairs are available in both locations. Handrails are present throughout both theatres. Open captioning and audio description performances are offered.
