Visitors can view dozens of imaginative gingerbread creations crafted by local bakers of all ages. Submissions often feature canal-themed designs, historic buildings, boats, and holiday scenes displayed in storefront-style windows. Admission to the gallery also includes access to the rest of the museum.

- Tickets: Adults $12; seniors (65+) $10; children 3–17 $5; children 2 and under free. Museum Members receive a Family Pass good for admission for up to six people.
- Hours: Daily 10AM–4PM ET; the hours section also says Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve close at 2PM, and Christmas and New Year's Day are closed.

How do I enter a gingerbread creation?
Fill out the online entry form, or send the PDF form to the Museum by mail, fax or email. Registration closes November 4 or once 50 entries are in, whichever comes first.
What are the rules for creations?
Everything must be 100% edible. Lights are allowed but are switched off during judging. Cardboard (except the base), plastic and glue disqualify an entry from judging. Keep it within 24" x 24"; tall pieces are welcome for the storefront windows.
How are entries judged?
There are five categories: Confectioners, Youth, Senior, General and Corporate Challenge. Judges score overall appeal, originality, creativity and difficulty.
