What are the pitch fees for traders?
Pitch fees vary by location and trading hours, generally ranging from £40-£45 for general stalls and £40-£75 for hot food and drink stalls. Prices are subject to change and will be indicated on the booking portal.
What are the gazebo requirements for traders?
Traders must provide their own folding single unit gazebo with appropriate weights (minimum 20kg per leg for a 3m x 3m). Separate pole gazebos are not suitable. Specialist weights are recommended over water weights.
Is power provided at the events?
Electricity is generally not provided, except at the Burnley event for hot food traders. Portable generators require prior approval from Independent Street. All electrical equipment must be PAT tested.
What happens in case of bad weather?
