What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations up to 7 days before class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 4-7 days prior receive a class credit valid for 6 months. No refunds are issued after 4 days prior to the class.
What if I feel sick before the class?
If you are sick before the 7-day cutoff, you may cancel for a full refund. If symptoms arise after the 7-day cutoff, email them before class, and they will roll you into a future class. No-shows without prior communication are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Please inform the organizer of the change.
What is included in the class fee?
The class fee includes everything you need: pre-baked cookies, royal icing, sprinkles, decorating supplies, a box to take your creations home, and access to two live instructors. Recipes for cookies and royal icing are also provided.
