Chocolate Advent Calendar Workshop & Festive Afternoon Tea
Led by New Forest chocolatier Kerry Witt, guests take part in a hands-on chocolate making session featuring a tasting and demonstrations of tempering and piping techniques. Attendees select milk, caramel, or dark chocolate to fill their advent calendar and decorate their chocolates with festive edible lustre before packaging it to take home. The experience concludes with a festive afternoon tea serving seasonal sandwiches, freshly baked scones, Christmas-themed sweet treats, hot drinks, and a glass of fizz.
