Tips & Advice
- Write your preferred time of day in the checkout notes, because the park tries to match it when assigning your 15-minute Santa slot.
- Bring payment for each child's Santa visit, because it's paid on arrival directly to the hedgehog charity and isn't part of your admission booking.
- Dress for the weather, because the trail runs outdoors through the park and there are no refunds for bad weather.
- Leave balloons, scooters, balls and animal costumes at home, because none of them are allowed in the Wildlife Park.
- Keep your child's free Winter Return Child Pass safe, because it gets them another visit to the park during the winter season.
Special Events & Promotions
- Special reduced Christmas Experience admission when booked in advance alongside a Santa Experience.
- Every child who meets Santa gets a free Winter Return Child Pass.
- Santa visit payments go straight to the SWCC Hedgehog Hospital Charity.
