- Buy only through santafesymphony.org or lensic.org, because tickets from other sites can be overpriced or fake and can't be refunded or exchanged.
- Pick up Will Call tickets at the table in the lobby, which opens an hour before the concert, so you can settle into your seats on time.
- If you chose electronic tickets, they arrive by email a week before the concert, so check your spam folder if you can't find them.
- Get there on time, because late seating is up to Lensic staff and latecomers may sit elsewhere until intermission or watch from the lobby monitor.
- Come ready to sing, because the program includes the Holly Jolly Sing Along along with Symph-Hanukkah and "The Holly and the Ivy."
