Tips & Advice
- Book online well ahead, because bookings close 7 days before the event and nobody gets in without a ticket.
- Give each child's name and age when you book, so Santa can hand them a named, age-appropriate gift.
- Buy a child ticket, not an adult one, for every child, because Santa sees only a limited number of children each session.
- Tell the team about any access needs before booking, so they can set up the wheelchair ramp or high chair for you.
- If anyone has allergies, keep in mind that products may contain nuts and the kitchen can't take specific dietary requests.
Special Events & Promotions
- New this year: a festive buffet of finger sandwiches, cakes and sweet treats with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
