How long should we allow?

Can my 13-year-old still see Santa?
Yes. Children over 12 can have a Child Ticket if they want to visit Santa and get a present. A 12-year-old who doesn't want to see Santa can go on an Adult Ticket instead, without a present.
Can we bring a buggy?
Only small, collapsible buggies that fit on the train. Others have to stay in the car. It's easiest to leave buggies in the car for the experience and use them before or after.
Is it indoors or outdoors?
It's mainly indoors, but you walk outside between areas such as the tubing, golf, lodges and restaurant. It runs in all weather. If the weather is extreme, the elves walk you to the grotto instead of taking the boat.
