Tips & Advice
- Buy tickets online before you arrive to skip the ticket line at the door, keeping in mind that online purchases carry a service fee.
- Plan to do all your shopping in one visit, because multi-day return passes aren't offered this year at the Christmas Carousel.
- Leave the wagon or double stroller in the car or check it with the ticket taker, since only single-wide strollers are allowed in the narrow aisles.
- Buy a holiday shopping bag from the Heritage High School FFA at the entrance to support the chapter; clear bags aren't required at this show.
- Time your visit around Santa's two sessions each day if the kids want a photo, since he isn't there for the whole show.
Special Events & Promotions

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I shop for?
Over 250 exhibitors fill the 90,000-square-foot Jim Graham Building. They sell arts, crafts, holiday foods, gifts, floral pieces and holiday decorations, including jewelry, pottery, wreaths, ornaments, toys and bath products.
Can the kids see Santa?
Yes. Santa comes to the show for two sessions on Friday, two on Saturday and two on Sunday, so bring the kids for a photo and their Christmas wishes.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon?
Only single-wide strollers are allowed, because the indoor aisles are narrow. Wagons and double side-by-side strollers can be stored while you shop. Check with the ticket taker before you go in.
Is there food and drink?
Yes, from the food exhibitors. You'll find hot Austrian-style strudel from Helmut's, coffee by the cup, North Carolina wine from Country Squire and Duplin, homemade eggnog, fudge, caramels, gourmet popcorn and cheese straws.
How can I become a vendor?
Vendor spaces are sold out this year. To join the waiting list for cancellations, email info@christmascarousel.com with pictures of your products and display. Spots are filled by category and product, not by your place on the list.
