Santa's Delivery
Caravans of police cars, fire trucks, and emergency vehicles escort Santa Claus as he delivers gifts to participating families across the township. Children and parents watch for flashing lights and listen for approaching sirens from the curb at the end of their driveways. Santa's helpers and gift runners distribute pre-registered presents along the motorcade route.

Tips & Advice
- Register your family between November 2 and 20, 2026, and print the custom family form required when dropping off gifts.
- Keep each wrapped gift within 6 inches on every side, write the child's first and last name with a Sharpie, and leave it unbagged.
- Bring one printed custom registration form per family to gift drop-off; each registered child may receive only one gift.
- Wait safely at the curb and out of the street, watching for flashing lights and listening for sirens as the vehicles approach.
- Be ready when the caravan arrives; if nobody is home, the gift will be left there unless other arrangements have been made.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do families take part?
Families register and drop off their gifts during the registration and gift drop-off period, November 2–20, 2026. Full details for 2026 haven't been released yet.
Can I volunteer?
Yes. Gift drop-off days need vehicle greeters, present organizers, traffic managers, baggers and zone identifiers. On delivery day there are gift runners, Santa's elves, family greeters, route number administrators and people handing out items along the motorcade routes. Contact Tammy Cohen, Director of Parks & Recreation.
Can a business sponsor the delivery?
Yes. Businesses can put money toward event costs, hand out candy canes or other items along the motorcade routes, or sponsor a promotional magnet. In return they get negotiated advertising before and during the event.
Who helps Santa make the rounds?
The Radnor Police Department and surrounding fire companies help make the delivery possible.
