- Tickets: Adults: €7 per person per day. Children up to and including 14: no admission charge. Reduced admission: €3 per person per day for visitors with disabilities presenting official proof (GdB 50); wheelchair users and blind visitors may bring one companion free. The reduced price does not apply to apprentices, students, or pensioners. Parking is free. Each child up to 14 receives one complimentary ride on the historic carousel at the entrance.

- Parking: Parking is free. Parking is available at the Bildungswerkstatt, at the entrance to Eulenbroicher Auel, at the PR lot, and at the station opposite. On Sundays, market visitors may also use the Edeka Breidohr Frische-Center and Lidl lots on Hauptstraße. Park wardens direct visitors to available parking. The access road via Hauptstraße/Bensberger Straße is closed for safety during the craft markets; the only access is via Hauptstraße by the bus station/PR parking lot.
- Accessibility: The grounds, courtyard, and castle are accessible with the exception of the castle's upper floor.
- Pets: Dogs may attend on a leash.

- Bring cash or an EC card for admission, because the entrances don't take credit cards and not every exhibitor accepts bank cards.
