- If you need to change your session, email at least 48 hours ahead, because tickets are non-refundable and changes can't be made through social media.

How old do children have to be to skate?
The minimum age is 3. Children aged 3 to 7 must be on the ice with an adult (18 or over) in skates, with up to five children per adult. Children aged 7 to 11 are best accompanied by an adult, though the adult doesn't need to skate.
Is the rink wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Wheelchair users need a carer with them, and the carer skates for free. Book the ticket in the wheelchair user's category. Staff will help you onto the ice using the ramp.
What skate sizes are available?
Skates are included with your ticket and range from child size 9 to adult size 12, with no half sizes. A limited supply of two-bladed 'bob skates' for young children is available first come, first served. Skate aids can be booked for children and new skaters.
Is there food on site?
There are vending machines by the rink selling drinks, snacks and treats. Nearby, you'll find Starbucks, 7Bone and the Isambard Kingdom Brunel Wetherspoon pub.
Are there toilets at the rink?
There are no toilets on site, but council toilets are nearby and staff can give directions. Some local eateries will let skaters use their facilities if you ask first, especially if you buy something.
