- Tickets: A complimentary Access Ticket can be requested for a guest who needs support to attend, only with at least one paying, full-price ticket. Parking is £5 per car. – Get tickets
- Hours: Entry from 4:30 pm to 8 pm; fixed entry slots every 15 minutes from 4.30–4.45pm through to 8.00pm–8.15pm. Later slots may be offered on popular nights at certain sites.
- Parking: Park in the Orangery Car Park or the car park in front of the kiosk, following signs and stewards. Parking costs £5 per car and should be added to the booking.
- Accessibility: Permanent outdoor paths cover steep inclines and declines that may challenge wheelchair users, and Waterfall Bridge accommodates standard wheelchairs.

Can I do the trail in a wheelchair?

Where do I park?
Drive past the entrance kiosk to the Orangery Car Park, or use the car park in front of the kiosk. Follow the signs and the parking stewards. There's a charge per car, which you add when you book your tickets.
