- Volunteers should wear festive attire, arrive on time for the short training and watch the role video sent before their shift.
- Teens can volunteer too, since personal shoppers only need to be at least 13 to greet children and help them shop.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can shop at the store?
Kids ages 2 to 12. It's a safe holiday shopping trip made just for them.
How does it work for my child?
A personal shopper helps your child pick gifts for everyone on their list and stay within a budget. Then the gifts are wrapped so they stay a surprise.
Can I volunteer as a personal shopper?
Yes. Volunteers must be at least 13, wear festive attire and arrive on time for a short training of 5–10 minutes. A short video explaining the role is sent before your shift.
Can I help a child who couldn't otherwise shop?
Yes. A Holiday Helper donation lets a child from the community shop at the store and buy gifts for friends and family.
How can a business sponsor the store?
Contact Brent Oest at brento@crittentoncenters.org or (309) 674-0105.
