  • Turn off your headlights once you pass the ticket booth to make the light show better for you and the cars around you.
  • Pack a jacket, gloves, a toboggan and extra layers, because Santa's Village is mostly outdoors and the event runs rain or shine.
  • Swap cash for a Santa Bucks card at the front tent as you enter, since everything inside Santa's Village is card only.
  • Check the calendar for savings nights for educators, healthcare workers, first responders, military and veterans before choosing which night you go.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is there to do in Santa's Village?

Photos with Santa, letters to Santa, and the igloo lounge with a movie are all free. Snow tubing, skating, slides, Frosty's Playground, and the inflatables need an activity wristband. Christmas music plays across the village.

Are there age or height limits on the attractions?

Snow tubers must be at least 48 inches tall. Skaters under 6 need a parent or guardian, who must also wear skates. Only kids may use the inflatables. Skates run from children's size 6 to adult size 13.

Can I pay with cash in Santa's Village?

Santa's Village is card only, and it takes major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and tap to pay. You can trade cash for a Santa Bucks card at the front tent as you enter. The gate takes both cash and card.

Can we bring our own food?

No, outside food and drinks aren't allowed in Santa's Village. Food comes from Choccolocco Park Concessions, Kona Ice, Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck, D&W Kettle Corn, and Q&A Concessions. The General Store has gourmet fudge, apple cider, old-fashioned candy, sodas, and cotton candy.

Can we get out of the car or ride in the truck bed during the light show?

No. Everyone must stay seated inside the vehicle unless they're going into Santa's Village. One car entry covers up to 8 people, and each person needs their own seat.
