- Tickets: Free to attend; registration is not required. A cash bar is available for purchase starting at 6pm.
- Hours: Event hours: 4P-9P; parade route starts at approximately 7pm (also stated as promptly at 7 p.m.).
- Parking: The Center Lake Park parking lot will be open and free, but may fill up. The page also encourages visitors to park at City Hall and walk or bike to the parade. Road closures and no-parking restrictions apply: Center Lake Lane traffic closes at 6:30 p.m.; no parking there starts at 2PM. Vehicles left in designated no-parking areas after 2PM will be towed and relocated to the City Hall parking lot.

- Get to the free Center Lake Park lot early because it fills up, and expect to stay put since nobody can drive out until the parade ends.
- Park at City Hall and walk or bike to the parade to skip the crowded lot and the road closures around Center Lake Park.
