- Parking: The Bridge View Center parking lot is located to the south of the facility with the main entrance at the north end. Parking is free. Additional parking is available in nearby lots, including overflow options at The Beach Ottumwa and gravel/grass lots to the east. Street parking is also available. Note: Bank parking lot is only available Mon-Fri after 5:00pm, Sat. after 1:00pm, and Sun. all day.
- Accessibility: Accessible parking spaces are available along the building. Information on accessible seating can be found via Ticketmaster, their charge-by-phone service, or the box office.
- Pets: Animals are prohibited with the exception of trained service animals which must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
