Frequently Asked Questions
What comes with a 5K registration?
A custom bib, a designer shirt and a custom finisher medal. You also get chip timing with live results, free race photos and treats at the finish line.
Is there something for younger kids?
Yes. The Kids Dash is a fun, untimed run for ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, a youth-sized shirt and a medal made just for the dash. Kids who don't need the swag can run the dash for free on race day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The race goes ahead in rain, shine, snow or cold. It's only canceled if the venue requires it or if the roads or course are icy. If it is canceled, everyone is moved to the virtual race.
How does packet pickup work?
Packet pickup opens on race day an hour and a half before the start. If you can't make it, email the organizers before the event to switch to virtual, or come to packet pickup to collect your items.
How do results and awards work?
Results and awards are live at the Registration tent right after you finish. Awards go to the top male and female overall, the top male and female masters (40+), and the top 3 men and women in each age group. The Kids Dash, 1 Mile and virtual events are untimed and don't count for age group awards.
