Tips & Advice
- Collect pre-booked tickets from the Pre-Booked Tickets line at least 30 minutes before your tour time, or they'll be given to someone else.
- If you're hoping for a walk-up ticket in an early time slot, queue at the Ticket Booth as early as possible, because those slots fill first.
- Wear comfortable shoes, because you'll walk from the car park and along the tour over uneven ground, and bring a coat or umbrella if rain or wind is forecast.
- Arrive early so you have time to park, collect your tickets and enjoy the food, live music and free kids' activities before your tour leaves.
- If you need an accessible parking bay, tell a car park attendant when you arrive so they can give you one if any are free.
