Tips & Advice
- Arrive at least 20 minutes before your Santa slot, because if you're late there's no guarantee you'll still get to see Santa.
- Wrap up in warm layers and boots, because you'll walk outdoors between attractions and the Jungle Express can be chilly on winter evenings.
- If you have a later Santa slot, come early for storytime, the stage show and activities, then finish your visit with Santa.
- Allow two to three hours for the whole visit, because everything apart from your Santa slot can be done at your own pace.
- Use the bridge and pedestrian subway from the main car park, and never cross the main road on foot.
Special Events & Promotions
- Extra activity tokens can be bought for archery, the climbing wall, bungee trampoline, face painting, crafts and more.
- Add an overnight stay in a cabin or glamping pod with a private wood-fired hot tub when you book your tickets. Availability is limited.
- Private Group Sessions for 100 to 400 people run on Saturday and Sunday mornings for companies, charities and youth groups.
- Optional Ticket Protection, bought at booking, refunds cancellations made up to two hours before your session.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the ticket include?
A private family meet and greet with Santa, a gift for children and a family photo to take home. You also get a ride on the Jungle Express, letter writing with the elves, storytime with Mrs Claus, the live stage show and marshmallow toasting. Every child gets one activity token (two for ages 9+), and everyone gets a festive drink and treat on arrival.
Is my booking time my arrival time?
No. The time you book is your Santa's Grotto slot. Arrive at least 20 minutes before it.
Is it indoors or outdoors?
Mostly indoors or under shelter. You ride the Jungle Express to and from Santa's Workshop and walk short stretches between buildings. The stage show is outside in the main farmyard.
Can I bring a buggy or pram?
Yes, but some of the ground is uneven. There's buggy parking at the Jungle Express station, and the elves will carry your buggy on the train for you.
Where can we eat?
The Lazy Llama serves hot sandwiches, loaded fries and festive specials, with vegetarian options. The Little Llama Cafe in the Big Barn has hot drinks, snacks and baked goods. There's also a food truck selling crepes and donuts.
