Tips & Advice
- Register online in good time, because every distance has a participant limit and the entry fee goes up in stages closer to race day.
- Choose your 10 km race realistically, because the faster race is for sub-50-minute net times and has a hard finish cutoff.
- Leave your headphones at home, since the course is a multi-lap loop where you may get lapped and breaking this rule gets you excluded.
- Collect your bib the day before at Active Laufshop on Ludgeriplatz if you'd rather not do it at Sentruper Höhe on race day.
- Dress for any weather, because the race goes ahead whatever the conditions unless conditions put runners' safety at risk.
Special Events & Promotions
- New this year: the 3 km Fun Run is timed, and every child who takes part gets a medal.
- A new course record over 5 km or 10 km earns a cash bonus.
- Bib pickup is also offered the day before the race at Active Laufshop on Ludgeriplatz.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which races can I enter, and are there age limits?
You can run 5 km, walk 5 km, run the 3 km Fun Run, or run one of two 10 km races. Ages follow the German athletics rules (DLO): 10 km is open from the U16 classes, 5 km from U14, and the 3 km from U10 (born 2017 or earlier).
Which of the two 10 km races should I choose?
Enter honestly by pace. The first race is for runners with a net time under 50 minutes and has a hard finish cutoff. The second is for everyone slower. Results from both go into one list.
Where do I pick up my bib?
On race day, pick it up at the Sentruper Höhe. You can also collect it the day before at Active Laufshop on Ludgeriplatz 11–13.
Can I sign up on the day?
Not on site. Online late entry stays open until 30 minutes before your start, as long as it doesn't disrupt the event. Fees are taken by SEPA direct debit, and there's no cash payment on site.
Are there changing rooms and showers?
Yes. Changing rooms and showers are in the entrance area of the grounds, but the sports hall facilities are not available.
