Frequently Asked Questions
Will Santa be at the event?
Yes, Santa will be in the Pavilion for free photos through December 23 from 5:00-8:30 PM. On December 24, visit with Mrs. Claus and Jingle the Elf. From December 26–30, Santa returns in a 'Vacation Mode' tropical look.
Are tickets timed?
Tickets are not timed. Guests can redeem their tickets anytime during event hours on their reserved day or any one day if they purchase 'Any Day Tickets'. No re-entry is permitted.
What food and drinks are available?
Nixon's Coffee House offers hot beverages and snacks. Pop Up Bars serve hot cocoa and adult beverages throughout the event. Smore's kits are sold in the Pavilion, with firepits available for roasting marshmallows.
What is the weather policy?
All tickets are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If cancelled, guests will receive an 'Any Day' ticket for the remainder of the show. Date changes can be made for a $10 fee by emailing specialevents@hudsongardens.org.
