- Prams and buggies are not permitted on the sleigh; consider using a baby carrier or sling for infants.
- While the main sleigh ride experience lasts about 1.5 hours, you can spend more time exploring the Woodland Village afterwards.

When should we arrive on the day of our Sleigh Ride?
Guests should arrive 30 minutes before their allocated sleigh ride time to check in and enjoy pre-flight activities in the Departure Lounge. Late arrivals will miss their flight and cannot be rescheduled.
What food and beverages are available?
The North Pole Pizza Co. offers pizzas, toasted sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, beer, mulled wine, ice cream, and snacks. Picnics are also welcome, but visitors are asked to take their rubbish home.
Can I get a photo with Santa?
Yes, a professional photograph can be taken with Santa in the Grotto, which can then be purchased. You are also welcome to take photos with your own camera.
What should we wear?
It is recommended to dress warmly and bring wellies and waterproofs as much of the attraction is outdoors, although some areas are undercover and heated.
