The vendor fee is $150 for a 10'x10' booth space, with an additional $15 fee for electricity if needed.
When will I be notified if my vendor application is accepted?
Vendors will be notified via email of acceptance on June 30th, 2025. Payment is due within one week of acceptance.
What is the cancellation policy for vendors?
Cancellations prior to November 1st, 2025, are fully refundable. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable and will be considered a donation.
Can I request my previous vendor location?
While they do their best to accommodate previous locations, they cannot guarantee the same spot due to potential circumstances.
