- Parking: Plenty of on-site parking available for £2 per day. Payment can be made online when booking tickets, at the admission kiosk, via the pay machine in Hatton Shopping Village, or through the RingGo app.
- Accessibility: Paths are hard-standing but can be uneven in places. Wheelchairs are welcome inside Father Christmas' Grotto, but pushchairs are not. Disabled guests are entitled to a free carer with supporting documentation.
- Pets: Only task-trained assistance dogs are allowed, and they must be booked in via email.

- Arrive 30-45 minutes before your booked Father Christmas Experience time to start at the North Pole Sorting Office, and be at the Elf Academy 10-15 minutes prior to ensure a smooth journey.

Is the visit to Father Christmas Grotto one on one?
Your visit to Father Christmas will be an intimate group experience, with each family having the opportunity to have a photo taken with Father Christmas where he will also present each child with their magic key.
Is my arrival time the time I book online?
No, that is the time you have picked to start your Father Christmas Experience. To start your journey, please arrive at the North Pole Sorting Office 30-45 minutes before your booked Father Christmas Experience time, and be at the Elf Academy 10-15 minutes before.
Is the gift from Father Christmas included in my child’s ticket?
Yes. Children Over 80cm & Under 80cm can choose either a Toy OR a Create-A-Bear for no extra fee. Extra bears can be purchased on the day, and outfits for bears are available at an additional cost.
What happens if it rains?
They operate in all weathers. It is advised to wear warm and appropriate clothing and footwear. Waterproof clothing and wellies are advised. All activities are undercover, but you will need to walk between areas outside.
Do you offer a carer pass?
Yes, disabled guests are entitled to a free carer. Please note they may ask for documentation, this can include DLA, PIP, Doctors note, Blue Badge or Access/Nimbus card.
