Tips & Advice
- Buy your skating tickets online through the Arezzo Città del Natale site before you go so you can head straight onto the ice.
- Dress warmly and bring gloves, because this is an open-air rink in Parco Il Prato and you will be outside the whole time.
- Make a day of it with the other Christmas attractions, such as Natale in Fortezza at the Fortezza Medicea, which sits right beside Il Prato.
- Parco Il Prato is at the highest point of the historic centre, between the Duomo and the Fortezza Medicea, so expect a walk uphill through the old town.
