Tips & Advice
- Write your child's letter to Santa before you arrive so they can post it in the enchanted North Pole post box during the visit.
- Bring your phone or camera, because the Elf will take photos of your group on your own device at no extra charge.
- Try another date or time if your booking won't go through, since a booking problem usually means that slot is already full.
- Book an adult ticket for any grown-up who wants to take part, because free adult entry does not cover joining the activities.
- Note any additional needs in the comments section at checkout so the team can do all they can to help your child on the day.
Special Events & Promotions
- An Under 3's Santa Visit Only ticket, sold separately, lets little ones meet Santa and get a cuddly gift without the workshop.
