- Tickets: Adult: prices start from £25.95; child over 12 months: prices start from £29.95; infant with gift under 12 months: £7.95. A £1.80 booking fee applies per transaction, not per ticket. Every guest needs a ticket, including infants under 12 months. Concessions, family tickets, discounts, vouchers, promotions, passes and offers are not valid on Christmas services. – Get tickets
- Hours: Train departure time is the time selected when booking; be on the platform around 15 minutes beforehand. The 6pm service does not run on 24 December. Spike the Elf’s show is listed at 11:20pm, 12:30pm, 13:15pm, 14:15pm, 15:30pm and 16:30pm; the final Christmas Eve show is at 15:30pm.
- Accessibility: Services other than SEND Santa have flashing lights at the stations, on the train and in the grotto. SEND Santa is a separate train with calm carriages and quieter music.
- Pets: No dogs are allowed at the Christmas Experiences, including Santa Express; service dogs are accepted.
