Tips & Advice
- Pick up your packet at Sun & Ski Sports in Memorial City Mall in the two days before the race, because race-day pickup is only for people who paid the convenience fee.
- Leave your bags locked in your car or at home, because there is no gear check and the race lot is a public parking lot.
- If you're coming in on Park and Ride Drive, arrive early, because that street closes on race morning and then the only way in is the I-10 feeder road.
- Bring a new toy for the Memorial Assistance Ministries Christmas Share collection, but skip stuffed animals, board games and computer games, which they can't take.
- The in-person race is sold out, so join the waiting list or sign up for the at-home virtual edition to still earn the medal, shirt and bib.
Special Events & Promotions
- At-Home Virtual Edition: run your 5K or 10K anywhere in December and get the medal, shirt and bib shipped to you.
- Donate-a-toy on race day: bring a new toy for Memorial Assistance Ministries' Christmas Share program (no stuffed animals, board games or computer games).
- Groups of 15 or more can get a group sign-up code, and team captains can be invoiced.
- Refer-a-friend: get a refund for each person who signs up through your link, for up to five referrals.
- Add-ons for an extra fee: long-sleeve shirt upgrade, extra finisher medals and bib snaps.
