Tips & Advice
- Buy only from the official online shop, ReserviX or local presale outlets, because tickets resold on platforms like Viagogo are invalid and refused at the entrance.
- Arrive early: the main entrance opens 90 minutes before each show and the circus tent 65 minutes before, which leaves time for the gastronomy tent.
- If you'd like to meet René Casselly and Rebecca Siemoneit-Barum, pick an evening performance and add the VIP upgrade, which includes the pre-show meet-and-greet.
- Book wheelchair spaces through ReserviX or the ticket hotline, since they are on a step-free platform in the front-box area with room for one companion.
- Groups of 20 or more paying guests get tiered group rates, so bigger groups pay less; you can reserve without obligation by emailing the circus marketing team.
