Visitors stroll along the beach promenade to take in illuminated holiday displays, motion-incorporating light features, and winter window paintings. The event area includes the outdoor Starlight Skating Rink set beneath a canopy of twinkling lights. Walking routes follow paved and gravel lakeside paths stretching from St. Alice Street to the boat launch.

- Hours: Daily from dusk until 11 pm; dusk is typically between 5:00–5:30 pm.
- Parking: Parking in the Village of Harrison Hot Springs is free from September 15 to May 15. Larger vehicles and RVs can use the overflow parking lot at the corner of Hot Springs Road and Miami River Drive, 340 meters from the Plaza.
- Accessibility: Walkways along the beach are paved and flat, and five wheelchair ramps provide access for those with mobility issues.
- Pets: Dogs on leash are welcome on Harrison's trails and beach walkways. Dog waste bags and receptacles are available throughout the Village and along the beach walkway.
Tips & Advice
- See the lights on foot from the beach walkway rather than driving past, since the displays that use motion only show their full effect from the promenade.
- Follow the signs west to east along the paved promenade, then loop back on the gravel path behind the displays to keep foot traffic moving.
- Arrive early on Opening Ceremony night or the Festive Nights if you want free hot chocolate, because it's first-come, first-served and limited to the first arrivals.
- Bring your own skates for the Starlight Skating Rink, since rentals from the concession cost extra and are only offered on select days.

Which way do we walk the displays?
The displays run from St. Alice Street to the Public Boat Launch Area. Signs direct you west to east along the paved promenade in front of the displays. You loop back east to west on the gravel path behind them.
