Tips & Advice

  • Lines build at the entrance at the top of each hour, so arrive about 15 minutes after your entry time to walk straight in.
  • Visit on a weekday evening, or on a weekday in November, for smaller crowds and shorter lines than on the busy weekends.
  • Buy tickets in advance, because busy time slots sell out and there's no guarantee your preferred slot will still be open at the door.
  • On weekends, and from December 19 to January 3, the train shuts for an hour in the late afternoon to recharge, so plan your ride around that.
  • Come by December 23 if you want to see Santa, who is there every open day until then. On days the event opens early, he takes a short evening break.

Special Events & Promotions

  • New for 2026: an all-new Enchanted Forest theme with glowing pathways, woodland creatures and whimsical mushroom homes.
  • Sensory-Friendly Opening (date to be confirmed) with no music, reduced sound and softer visuals in Glowville. Regular programming resumes later that day.
  • Early Bird: the first 1,000 tickets sold get 40% off with a code sent to people who sign up for Early Bird Access.
  • New Flex Pass: one visit on any day at any time, except the NYE Event and special events.
  • The Leo Cox Trio performs on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays (subject to change).
